Help logging in to Oasis Singles

Signing in

Go to the Oasis Singles login page and enter the email address and password you used when you joined. If you're on a shared computer, sign out when you finish.

Forgotten your password

Use the password reset option on the login page. A reset link is sent to the email address on your account. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder and confirm you're using the same address you signed up with. If you're still stuck, the help centre can help.

Old accounts from the site that closed don't work here

If you're trying to sign in to an account from Oasis Active, the Australian dating site that closed in 2020, it won't work on Oasis Singles. They are separate sites run by different companies, and Oasis Singles has no access to Oasis Active's accounts, messages, contacts or payment records. There is nothing here to recover.

Two things worth doing anyway:

• Don't type your old login details into any page that claims to be the old site. A page asking for an old username and password is a classic way to collect them.
• If you used that password anywhere else, change it on those other accounts.

Checking a charge, cancelling or deleting

• The billing name that appears on your card statement is shown at checkout, before you pay.
• Memberships renew automatically until you cancel in Settings > Billing.
• To delete your account, click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.
