Reporting a member
Report a profile from inside the members area, or through the help centre, giving the member's username and a short description of what happened. Keep screenshots. If you're in danger, call 000. If you've lost money or feel unsafe, our safety page lists who to contact in Australia.
A mistake on this website
If a guide is wrong or out of date, tell us through the same help centre, with the page address. How we write our guides explains how corrections are handled.
